Founder Profile – Siobhan Madigan
Siobhan Madigan is the founder of Golden Carabao Production, a Sydney-based event production company built on integrity, transparency, and community empowerment.
Her journey into the entertainment and events industry was not conventional. It was shaped by firsthand experiences of creative ideas being taken without recognition, unequal profit distribution, and lack of accountability in event management. Rather than stepping back, Siobhan used these challenges as a turning point to build something better.
Known for her resilience and fast adaptability, she developed her own systems and strategies to ensure fairness in production—from structured ticketing to eliminating ghost transactions and protecting both producers and audiences. Her ability to learn quickly and lead with both logic and compassion has become her edge.
At her core, Siobhan is a people-first leader. She deeply values the hard-earned money of every attendee and believes that every paying guest deserves the experience promised to them. Her leadership is driven by empathy, but grounded in firm principles of accountability and fairness.
